Returns & Refunds Policy
At Havoria we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it by emailing care@havoria.co.uk
with your order number. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as delivered.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and may request a full refund or a replacement. Unless an item is faulty, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
Once we receive the item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that personalised or custom-made products, perishable goods and hygiene-sensitive items once opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
